Raised in Las Vegas, NV, Paola Sofia developed an early fascination with the bold, the vibrant, and the larger-than-life. Beneath that outward exuberance, however, lies a songwriter drawn to emotional depth and unflinching self-examination.

Writing has always been her refuge and the one place where she allows herself to be completely unfiltered. Through left-of-center alternative pop, Paola explores the tension between complexity and accessibility, pairing poetic lyricism with melodies that invite listeners in. Her songs offer brutally honest reflections on love, identity, growth, and the contradictions that shape us.

Her songwriting has already earned industry recognition, including being selected as a finalist by the Recording Academy and receiving an invitation to perform at the 11th Annual Songwriter Showcase.

Inspired by artists who aren’t afraid to reveal their inner worlds, Paola believes the most powerful music comes from radical honesty. She is currently producing her debut EP, a collection of songs written over the last several years that captures her artistry in its purest form — a body of work that is both deeply personal and unmistakably her own.
